How do I order something? 

Login on your account. If you don’t have an account yet, create one. Search for the products you want and place them in your shopping basket. Also you can create your own wishlist. If you have placed products in your shopping basket, you can always finish the order later. 

How do I find a product?

You can search for products in the search field. Also, you can look into the different categories on the website. You can filter by brand to find the right product. Unable to find a product? Let us know, we can help you find an alternative!

Check order

Check if you have the right products in your shopping basket. Click on the order button. Check if you filled in the right information in the first step ‘Shipping Information’. If the information is not correct, please contact us. Check in the second step if the right products, prices and numbers are in the order overview. In case you didn’t find a product or if you have a question about any products, you can leave a message here. Also, in this step you can set up the required dispatch time. If you click on the button ‘Place order’, the order will be placed.

Delivery terms


Product guarantee:

Alu-pack offers high quality products from the most renowned brands with full service and product guarantee. 

 

  • SAN-O-SUB 1 year warranty.
  • Tekno Cylinder warrenty for 5 years for any manufacturing defects. 
  • For valves it is one year warranty. 
  • For Regulator no warranty. 



Returns: Please contact Alu-pack in advance before returning any of our products. Products need to be returned within 14 days from the date of invoice. Also, products need to be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. If the customer is unsatisfied with the product or if the customer made a wrong order, the customer needs to return the products at his own expense.


Order and pay today, receive within 5 working days: Orders placed and paid before 4 pm will be dispatched the next working day.  

Shipping and handling fee:  In order to keep our prices as low as we have, a shipping and handling fee of € 9,00 (exclusive of VAT) must be added to each order. 

All items, information and prices on this website are meant SOLELY for Europe. Prices and amounts on this website are in Euro and exclusive of VAT. The contents of this website have been composed with the upmost care. We cannot be held responsible for any typing errors.

 

  Shipment information


What are the shipping costs?

Above 150 euro (excl VAT) the shipping costs are free. Below 150 euro we ask 9,00 euro (excl VAT) compensation.

Which transport company will ship my orders?

Orders are shipped via DPD. 

How long does it take to receive an order?

If the products are in stock and the order is received on a working day before 04:00 pm, delivery will take place within 5 working days. Weekend orders will be processed on Monday. The delivery time on large products or large quantities is 5-7 working days.

What do I do if I have not received an item? 

If the order is very large, it is possible that we need to split it up in partial delivery. They will not always be delivered on the same time. If you didn’t receive the products after a couple of days, please contact us. Products which aren’t in stock will not be printed on the invoice. They are on the delivery note as a subsequent delivery. 

 

Retouring products

Alu-pack pays great attention to the quality of processing, packaging and shipping of your orders. Yet it can happen that a shipment does not arrive properly or that it does not correspond to your order. In that case, we will make sure this is dealt with quickly and adequately. To this end, we would ask you to take the following terms and conditions into account.

 

In which case you may return a product?

Damaged product

Incorrect delivery*

* The product received does not correspond to your order. These products need to be returned in the original packaging, which has not been written on and which is undamaged in order to be resold. Only these products are eligible for crediting.

The goods need to be reported immediately with a registered letter.

If there is visible damage, you need to report this within the first 24 hours.

Please be sure to contact our customer service (+31 (0)13- 5130404) in advance before returning a product. This needs to be done within 24 hours after you received the receipt from your order. In the return procedure you’ll receive a return number and form which are essential. Products that aren’t registered in advance cannot be processed.

Never return products by yourself

We recommend that you never send the products that need to be returned by yourself. After the return has been registered, our customer service will make a collection order. Our transporter then comes to collect the product.
PLEASE NOTE: Products you send back yourself cannot be processed.

Processing and collection of the returned products

Are the products that need to be returned damaged, not properly delivered or processed by Alu-pack, the collection of these products is free of charge. In all other cases, costs (depending on which country the return needs to be collected) are connected to the processing of the return.

Package the products in outside packaging that is suitable for transport, in such a way that the products won’t be damaged during transport.

 

Instructions for returning products

Please follow the procedure below, if you need to return products.

1.     Register returning products

  • Please contact our customer service department on +31(0) 135130404 or send an email to info@alu-pack.nl.
  • State the order and product number and the reason why you would like to return the product.
  • You will then receive a return form with a return number by email.
  • Print this form and put it with the product that needs to be returned.
  • The Alu-pack employee will make a collection order for the transporter.

2.     Packaging and shipping

  • Package the products in outside packaging that is suitable for transport, in such a way that the products won’t be damaged during transport.
  • Put the printed and filled in return form in the box.
  • The package will be collected by our transporter.

3.     Processing and crediting

  • As soon as we have received the returned goods, you will receive a confirmation by email. If the returned products meet the relevant returning conditions, you will receive a credit note or a new shipment will be sent in exchange.
  1. Returning products for repairs within the guarantee period

If the product needs to be repaired within the guarantee period, please contact our customer service. In consultation with you, we will collect the product and send it to the manufacturer concerned. When the product is repaired, it will be send back to you.
